At Noah Beck Studio, every fursuit is handcrafted with care and built to provide years of enjoyment. Proper care and maintenance will help preserve your suit’s appearance, comfort, and durability.
Please follow the guidelines below to keep your fursuit in excellent condition.
Fursuit Care Guide
● Handle your fursuit with care at all times.
● Avoid dragging your suit across rough surfaces.
● Keep sharp objects away from fur, foam, and fabric.
● Store your fursuit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
● Never leave your suit inside a hot vehicle for extended periods.
● Avoid exposing your suit to excessive moisture whenever possible.
Regular brushing helps maintain the appearance of your fursuit.
● Brushing the fur before and after each use.
● Using a pet slicker brush or wide-tooth grooming brush.
● Brushing gently in the natural direction of the fur.
● Avoid pulling aggressively, especially around seams and delicate areas.
● Use a damp microfiber cloth.
● Apply a small amount of mild detergent if necessary.
● Wipe gently.
● Allow the area to air dry completely
● Hand wash only if your suit has been approved for washing.
● Use cool or lukewarm water.
● Use a gentle detergent free from bleach or harsh chemicals.
● Rinse thoroughly.
● Never wring or twist foam components.
Always allow the suit to air dry completely before storing.

● Direct sunlight
● Hang the suit in a well-ventilated area.
● Use a fan to improve airflow.
● Allow adequate drying time before storage.
The fursuit head requires extra attention.
● Never crush or compress the head during storage.
● Store it upright whenever possible.
● Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
● Keep the eyes clean using a soft cloth.
● Brush facial fur gently to maintain the intended appearance.
● Allow the paws to air out.
● Brush the fur if needed.
● Spot clean any visible dirt.
● Remove loose dirt.
● Wipe the soles clean.
● Allow them to dry completely before storing.
Avoid walking through:
● Mud
● Deep water
● Sharp gravel
● Rough concrete whenever possible.
● Ensure it is securely attached.
● Avoid sitting directly on the tail whenever possible.
● Brush regularly to maintain its shape.
● Taking frequent breaks.
● Staying hydrated.
● Wearing cooling gear if available.
● Avoiding prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
● Use a clean storage bag or protective case.
● Avoid tightly folding foam components.
● Protect the head from pressure.
● Keep food and liquids separate from your suit.
● Store in a clean, dry environment.
● Avoid damp basements or humid spaces.
● Keep away from direct sunlight.
● Use breathable garment bags whenever possible.
Do not store your fursuit in airtight plastic bags for extended periods.
Over time, normal wear may occur.
Small repairs such as loose threads or minor seam separation should be addressed as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
If your suit requires professional repairs or maintenance, please contact Noah Beck Studio before attempting major repairs yourself.
To help protect your investment, please avoid:

● Leaving your suit inside a hot car

Warranty & Support
If you experience a manufacturing issue or believe there is a problem related to our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your commission.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper cleaning, modifications, or damage caused by misuse are not covered under our workmanship guarantee.
