A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Noah Beck Studio does not store your complete credit card or debit card information on our servers. Please review your payment provider’s privacy policy for additional information about how your payment information is handled.

Once the initial design, concept, mock-up, or work-in-progress has been reviewed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. Your approval confirms that the project is proceeding according to your expectations and that materials, labor, and production time have been committed to your commission.

If you choose to cancel your order after approving the design or after production hasstarted, any payments made up to that point will be retained to cover design work, materials, labor, and production costs.

Because every product we create is custom-made specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed or partially completed custom
commissions unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Noah Beck Studio.

If you believe there is an issue with your order due to our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution at our sole discretion.

By placing an order and approving your commission, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment and Refund Policy.
